whats a good workout for my lower abs?
i want to work out the lower part of my abs and wondering whats a good workout for them? i have the eating healthy part down pat.
if it helps- i play basketball all the time so if there is one that relates to that it would be cool.

Basketball is great for working the lower abs because your always sprinting, sprints help work and strengthen the lower abs, to help work on them show, try some lower leg workouts such as:

leg raises is a good one
Reverse crunches- assume the sit-up position with legs bent but instead of curling up, lift your hips slightly off the floor and lower slowly.
If you go to a gym, use one of those roman chairs and lift your knees toward your chest.
Hanging leg raises. The first thing that you need to get abs is a low body fat. You can have the strongest abs in the world but no one would be able to see them if you have body fat. Here’s an example
Ernie works out his abs everyday but he doesn’t really have abs because of his body fat.
Sweeney doesn’t work out his abs at all but he has abs because he doesn’t have any body fat.
If you want really good abs, work them out and have a low body fat at the same time.
