I am in need for some overall weight loss/healthy tips. I have a few questions that I would like help answering if you can.
To start off, i’m a 17 year old, 5′7” girl, who weighs about 145. Im looking to loose about 20 lbs give or take, and become overall more healthy.I’m not a super active person, the most active I get in the day is just running around and dancing in my house or walking around my neighborhood with a friend. It would not be possible for me to get a gym membership or anything so exercise-wise I would love to have some tips on what to do for exercise that is fairly easy and possible to do around the house, for example walking, bike riding, ect.
The specific areas I would like to tone up are my upper arms, thighs, calves, and stomach.

My next question is about eatting habbits.
My family is not one to buy fat free or low fat foods so that would be out of the question as well as anything but whole, vitamin-d milk.
What are some good, healthy food options? Like breakfast/snack/lunch options? I do love fruits, but which are better for you and are more appropriate to eat when trying to loose weight? As vegetables go i’m not so big on them but I do love carrots and salad. What are some other good vegetables to eat though? Preferably raw, im not too fond of cooked veggies. I also love dannon light & fit vanilla yogurt, is that a pretty healthy option? I guess my last question would be what are some healthy drinks besides water? I mainly drink water but sometimes it just get a little old.

I know this was super long, but they are questions I have been wondering about for quite a while now but dont know the answers to so I would really appreciate it if you were able to help me out! Thank you so much!! :)
