I am 5′2 and weight 205. I use to be a cheerleader, ballet dancer and did gymnastics and a whole bunch of other fit things. So my body use to know what fit looks like and can retain muscle mass. Example I tried taboe tape and I did not lose weight but instead gain more muscle mass and looked real bulky. My weight gain came on after I became sick and all the meds the doctor gave me I got the worse side effect which was weight gain. I am better but now I have all this weight to deal with and its how to get off. It’s even harder mentally because I use to wear a size 6 and now I am 16 and nothing fits right any more and I hate shopping. I would like to lose 70lbs. I read several posts on weight watchers, jenny Craig, try a cleanser, use ephedrap57 or Isagenix, drink this magic tea. What really works? I need a plan for a person on the go because my schedule does not allow me to do much workout plus I am heavy so working out is difficulty. Someone who lose weight can you please give me any suggestions because I am desperate? If my weight continues my doctor say I may develop diabetes or other health problems. And I don’t want to take any more meds to make me fatter. Any help is appreciate. Thanks
