I am 26 years old, 5′8″ and weigh 280 pounds.This is tough to really put into words so bare with me.

I dont want to lose 100 pounds and end up with skin flaps everywhere. Is there a way through weight training that I can lose the fat, but gain the muscle mass to fill in where the fat was? so….instead of being 280 pounds with 56% body fat is there a healthy way of being 280 pounds with 5% body fat? I am determined to make this work.

Or is there another way to say…drop down to 200 pounds and minimize the skin flaps? I want to avoid that if at all possible. Any tips and suggestions would be amazing.

I know how to eat well since i am a certified nutritionist (even though obviously i dont take my own advice) so nothing on food.
