No, it only stretches your abs. If you did sit ups on the exercise ball then it’ll work your abs, but only doing that isn’t going to give you toned abs. You need to eat right, exercise (cardio burns stomach fat) and work all sides of your abs (front, sides) in different positions. Just going up and down isn’t going to give you a 6 pack.

abs are a muscle…stretching does not strengthen or build muscle.
