How should i do Extreme weight loss/weight cutting… Basically power using only for weight loss?
I am 17 years old 5,10 and 265LBs Im going to be joining the marines and going to boot camp next june or october… i know i can loose the weight and get in pretty good shape before i start puking blood in boot camp!!! But im trying to find a quick but hard way to loose the weight and not a slow but healthy way.
so basicly instead of doing 30mins a day of working out how about 5-8 hours a day of working out.I know wrestlers who already weight nothing but are still able cut 10 pounds in a day i just dont know their routines. anyone have any tips. So i dont try myself and just end doing it all for nothing…lol
IE
Wearing lots of cloths to sweat more?
Certin powder drinks from GNC ETC?
Ps ill workout for many hours at a time im big but im not completly out of shape….
I also should tell you i have a 24hour gym membership

you will not be able to exercise for 5-8 hours a day…your body wont allow it..the weight the guys you know are losing is water weight…not fat
