Last month I decided to start doing something to lose about 37 lbs. I’ve cut out soda, junk food, and most meat out of my diet, I drink lots of water, I walk 3 miles per day in an hour, and use an ab lounger in the mornings doing 20 on each side and middle. I’ve been watching my calorie intake, mainly eating fruits, veggies, tuna, eggs (mainly whites) and so far I am down 7.2 lbs. I don’t have time to go to the gym (I have a 2 year old), so I would like some ideas on what exercises I could do at home. I seen some place before a schedule type thing. I.E. Monday and Wednesday: Do this and this. Tuesday and Thursday: do this and that. Friday and Sunday:… you get the idea. Could someone give me a good schedule for the week. I want to work all areas of my body, working muscles and burning fat. Also, I would like to know of some other healthy, low calorie, high fiber food ideas. I would even like to know if you have videos that you love and seem to work for you. Any suggestions are more than welcome. Thanks everyone
