a pilates rountine for abs that im going to do twice.
inner thigh drill-4 sets,25 reps
10 minute lower body strenth training
20 minute pilates workout for all of the body
squats,4 sets,25 reps
lunges 2 sets,25 reps
45 minutes kickboxing workout.

does this sound like a pretty good workout for today?
i really want to melt some fat off of my thighs. i have big thighs most muscle though but my inner part needs work.
