Do you think eating one meal a day is bad?
I started eating one large meal a day (aroung 6pm) everyday for about 2 years now and have gone from 180lbs to 165lbs and feel fine in doing so. Since then Ive gained quite a bit of muscle aswell. Is what im doing dangerous to my health at all? I found this link and it supports eating only one meal.

Yes, eating one meal a day is bad. Suppose to be at least three meals a day. I think you are feel fine is because your body got use to it, but it is not healthy.

Eating only ONE time a day is very unhealthy. You should eat at least three times a day. Let it be small meals and remember that the most important meal is breakfast you should always eat breakfast. You don’t have to eat anything big it can be crackers an apple a pear but eating only one time is very unhealthy. You could probably feel good right now but in the future it can affect you.
Well it depends what you’re going for. By only eating one meal a day you are slowing down your metabolism. So if you are trying to lose weight, if you spread out what you eat in that one meal into several small meals throughout the day it will actually be more effective because you will keep your metabolism going. When you go so long without eating, your body thinks it is starving so when you finally do have your one meal of the day, your body is going to store as much of it as possible by converting it into fat. To lose weight, eat many small healthy meals and snacks throughout the day to keep your body running, and you’ll be less hungry at dinnertime so you won’t eat so much.
well idk what book your reading, but its not really healthy to be skipping meals either. it all depends how you take eating and if your body can handle the changes.

Your body requies the most energy during the day than at night. Kids use a lot of brain power at school and need energy for this and playing sports. When you work you need to use your brain and stay alert for long periods of time. It’s better to eat the most during the day and less at night.
I’m not completely against the idea. But I am when it comes to falling asleep on your desk at 10am in the morning. It does happen. And coffee is not a healthy way to get an energy boost.
You won’t get enough vitamins that you body needs in a day. Otherwise the meal would have to be really big.
that is very unhealthy. the most important meal of the day is breakfast which most people would have heard. when you eat breakfast that starts your metabolism, so anything elso you eat during the day is burned off quicker. if the first thing you eat is at 6, then you metabolism isn’t starting till then. and by that time you will be going to bed a few hours after that and unless you exercise the rest of the night your not going to burn off any of your meal. you will actually put on more weight with what your doing (this is wrong in a way because your not eating enough which makes you loose weight, but eating at 6 will make ou gain more technically) not eating is the worst thing. and i know everyone gets sick of hearing you should eat 3 meals a day at least and do daily exercise, but it is true. and i should know, i actually used to be anorexic (which i’m not anymore) i did loose weight but i became very weak and out of breath. slowly, even though your not anorexic, the same thing can happen to you just not as quickly, and since i have started eating healthy and 3 meals a day i have gotten so much more toned fitter and everyone says i look so much better and hotter. so please think carefuly about what your doing any if you have to at least eat just breakfast and dinner because it is realy not good for you.

One main meal a day plus a couple of small meals or snacks is fine. But one meal on its own and you are unlikely to get the balance you need in any diet. If you cut down the calories too fast the body goes into starvation mode and won’t burn food so easily. Doing anything extreme in a weight loss program is probably a bad idea.
