Can you give me some tips of exercise, confidence, and weight loss?
Hi, I have recently gained a lot of weight, or so I think so. I used to be thin a few months ago and healthy because I worked as a cart pusher for Albertsons. I got promoted to guest services and now I don’t get much exercise from standing all day long and being tired at night I don’t want to do much.
Anyway, I noticed I’ve gained cellulite on my legs (not much, but I notice it a lot) and my belly has gotten bigger. I try to eat healthy, but some times I’ve got no will power when I’m on my time of the month, you know.
Also, my apartment complex has a small gym with a treadmill and stuff, but I’m embarassed to go by myself… But then again I’m embarassed of my body. So it’s lose-lose.
What are some really effective excercises for an entire body workout and a diet that I can lose weight with? I’m 18 years old, 5′8″ and 140lbs. I used to weigh 125. It seems like no one else notices yet but me.. So I wanna do something before everyone else notices..lol

Just start with eating healthy- fruits, vegetables, lean meats, etc. Don’t eat any junk food, or sodas. But drink lots of water. You need to stay hydrated. If you feel hungry drink a bottle of water, if your still hungry after wards eat something. Eat smaller portions throughout the day to keep your metabolism up. When eating out you can get a salad, grilled chicken, anything healthy.
You need to exercise too. You can run. If you aren’t in good shape start with running small amounts, and build up as the weeks go by. Use the small gym in your apartment. Your at a healthy weight now (BMI of 21.3) so you shouldn’t be embarrassed! If you don’t want to run you can swim. Its great cardio. You can also think about weight training. Lifting weights builds muscle, and muscle burns more calories than fat. You should add crunches, lunges, push ups, etc. to your workout. If you ever get bored with this routine you can try yoga or cycling, something fun like that! Try working out with friends, and listening to music so you don’t get bored.
Good luck! :]
